French fries and burgers always cold shouldn't be a shame that it happens again and again

The staff was very friendly and patient. But it wasn't that busy either. So the service was perfect. The burger was ok, typical Mc Donald's. I only ate half of the curly fries, as the other was just a hard crust. May give people who like such fries, I don't belong to them. In December, when the outside temperature is 2 ° C, I don't want to have ice cubes in my Cola, especially since I am forced to eat in the car thanks to Corona. Ice cubes are OK in summer, as a welcome cooling, but not in winter! It would have been nice to ask beforehand.

The shop is enough to buy an ice cream, but that's it. The whole burgers are bland lumps that just hurt for their price. The drink will be half filled with water, just like McDonald's. This really is my very last choice. I feel sorry for the employees because they are forced to prepare food with the sloppy ingredients and to clean after a clientele who apparently eat with their feet because there is always rubbish lying around. You don't even get enough of it and if I slipped and fell in the parking lot, I would have had more fun.

Unfortunately only forgot the sauces for the third time ... I complained after I was home but I don't go there again ... It should be better controlled

Worst french fries I've ever got at MC Donald's (cold, saggy, bland -> garbage can) - would have liked to complain or return it, but was unfortunately already on the highway again (drive in)

Got water instead of sprite. My fishmac had a drop of sauce. 2 towels to clean your hands with 4 menus. Result prefer to go to Ulm to the Mcs.

Hygiene concept implemented very properly, friendly staff. Eat like in any other Mc Donalds.

Coupons are not accepted and no help is offered. Tested several times: in the McDrive it works without any problems. Unfortunately the staff is incapable. It is better to drive to the next one a few minutes longer.

Great bathroom, especially for children. A bit difficult in times of Corona but would be solved in the best possible way. Unfortunately for adults there is no real possibility to swim but nobody has anything against it if the adults use all the activities with the kids.

Very friendly service, never experienced before at MCD. Food was freshly prepared.

Bad, 1. Disinfectant was empty and was not replenished upon request 2. Contact data was not checked or recorded 3. The four seats were all dirty, we had to sit on a "blocked placeholder". 4. The faucet in the ladies' room was broken, we were kindly advised to clean our hands in the barrier-free toilet. Why wasn't it signposted? My definitely worst mc donalds visit in the last 5 years, just impossible during this time.

Dirty, hamburger greasy until it was oozing out. There is always something missing when ordering.

Bad service, hygienically cleaned tables not only on request and sitting in the outside area that was dirty like anything else. And at 7pm where all people go. Sad. I'm used to McDonald's other things.

A friendly, well-coordinated team. Clean restaurant. Toilets were also clean. Order was correct and complete.

Like most other fast food places, this McDonald’s has quick service and cheap prices. The place is very clean, and the employees are competent. Parking space is also available.

Progressively, however, I find the order & payment stations and the GPS tracker to assign the order to which table the goods must. ..... On the negative side, I think that you can see the packaging waste of your products around every location within a radius of 1,000 m. But that's up to your clientele! ..... Furthermore, it often happens here that you do not get something wrong or something (was not packed) and DriveIn is just a NO-GO. You can immediately complain about it in the restaurant when you drivein you realize it only when you open the surprise bag. ???? .....

Curly fries to the menu were cold and labrig. Thus not edible. Atmosphere typical MacDonald but clean. Crucial to the rating, however, is the quality of the food. I'd rather wait a few minutes to get served as such quality.
